Cotechino

Ingredients: cuttlefish from the Adriatic Sea, Mora Romagnola pork, salt, pepper and natural flavourings.

Instructions for use: immerse the vacuum-sealed bag in boiling water for 10 minutes, or cut into slices and roast in a non-stick pan.

Please consume within 6 days of arrival or store in the freezer.

Delivered in a reusable tin (length 22cm, diameter 10cm).

NB Cotechino shipments will depart on 24 November, 1 December and 9 December. There will be a restock every week.
