Shipping and Return Policy

We ship to Italy and European Union countries.

Shipments are made only on Mondays: orders received from Tuesday will therefore be processed the following Monday.

Shipments are handled by DHL (in Italy from 24 to 48 hours, in Europe from 48 to 72 hours).

Returns are only possible for merchandise products (no food & beverages) and are accepted upon notification within 15 days of the order. Returns are at the customer's expense and are handled by us under the same economic conditions as shipping.
